Ivy is my Russian Silver Dumbo girl. She's a typical doe, very giddy, always running around and up to mischief but does appreciate a cuddle every now and then.
Whiskey is one of my heart rats. She isn't your regular female rat, all she seems to want to do is sleep and eat. About twice the size of my other rats, when she lies flat she resembles a pancake. Her favorite activity is to hoard food in places where I can't find it until my room smells like a dump!
Marley is such a character. She is a real diva, if she doesn't want to be petted, she will push my hand away with her tiny paws. She is the chief fleece chewer in her cage so I've resorted to clipping it down with bulldog clips. My little brat!
Apologies for the poor quality photo, it is beyond difficult to get a photo of a hyper rat kitten. Brie is my baby. I've had her since she was 3 weeks old. She is such a sweetheart, she just sits in my shirt for most of the day except when the big girls come out to play, then she starts to show off and pretends she's not really a mammies' girl, and is totally uninterested in kisses and cuddles.
Well, it's official. Blue has become a resident rat! I promise she's not dead in her photo, she was recovering from the anesthetic after her operation. After what she's been through with her surgery, she'd require a very special home and I don't think anyone, even the best of rat owners would fit the bill. Nothing personal, I just couldn't bare to let her go. She is the biggest bruxy boggly goofy daft sod of a rat I've ever come across, whenever she hops around my room and tries to run I die laughing everytime. Because of ler missing leg she's not interested in free-ranging too much so is more than happy to sit in my shirt and fall asleep which I take advantage of as most of my girls are dying to be let out of their cage every evening and explore the room.
